It's fall alright, season of change. We are proud to present you a new bi-monthly event of quality, boundaries breaking bass music.

Representing the freedom of form and style, FREEFORM is here to provide you with a series of carefully chosen performances from musical visionaries all around the world. Born as the brainchild of a crazy scientist of love music, Freeform has already been running nearly 2 years in Helsinki, Finland, the capital city of Nordic bass music. Since the beginning, the objective has been to offer high quality musical experiences and keep on with that bootiful bass and breaks bonanza...

And the time has come to spread the love even further. Combining styles, drum'n'bass, breakbeats, latinjazzting, broken beats, future soul, whatever, you name it. This is for the discerning ear. A kick in the groins for the evil lurking. All together now!

The opening night will include dj sets from the likes of London Elektricity and Landslide of Hospital records world fame, and as well from Scandinavia's best kept secret, The Executives of nine2five recordings.

L O N D O N E L E K T R I C I T Y
London Elektricity are the restless producers of soulful drum and bass, and the odd bit of downtempo millenial funk. The founders and backbone of Hospital Records, they
released their first electrical tune in 1996, whilst making random appearances under the monikers Future Homosapiens, Dwarf Electro, and Orkestra Galactica. They deejay
all over the world, playing both deep and funky drum and bass, and freestyle sets; they've kept themselves busy with turning out remixes for, amongst others, The
Headhunters, Nitin Sawnhey, UFO, Aquasky and Bird, and released countless singles and one critically acclaimed album "Pull The Plug" and the future is looking even more
busier. It's all good ...

L A N D S L I D E
Landslide aka Tim Land is the breakbeat dynamo, the 2-step stylist, who continues to cross boundaries with his unique off-beat rhythms. Landslide continues to forge a very
singular path, that appeals to a rich mix of music fans; deejay supporters include Jazzanova, Zed Bias, Tom Middleton, EZ, Dego and Gilles Peterson, amongst many.
Deeply rich and full of latin soul.

T H E E X E C U T I V E S
TheExecutives of nine2five recordings (dj's Goose, Dizzy & Nenis) possess considerable experience in the field of nightlife and all its marvels. Between them, the group have
a combined experience of over 20 years of deejaying, with hefty credentials on international event promotion and radio work. TheExecutives were just recently guests at Gilles Peterson's Worldwide show, showcasing the latest material from Scandinavian underground heroes. And what it comes to their new label straight outta Helsinki, nine2five
recordings is dedicated to all things funky, jazzy and left of the centre. From old skool to the nu, from downtempo to drum&bass, nine2five sound will stay true to the original
format: "Calculated sonics with mathematical precision"
