ECSTATIC DANCE - Heart connections through free-form dancing in which the music is the teacher.
In this form of dance, there is no structure or steps to follow or any particular way to dance, let the music guide you.

The music that is offered is a wide variety of musical genres, ranges from electronic dance music, world music, ambient, chill-out, psychill, goa trance, techno and more.

Ecstatic Dance is used to describe intentional dance events all over the world.
