Run by a couple of Brits, Liquid Crystal Sounds (LCS) was established almost three years ago by DJs Progression from London and Ali King from Belfast. Offering a different perspective of music and perceptions from back in UK, LCS has risen from strength to strength and established itself as a trademark club night!
This autumn, LCS wakes up from its summer hibernation. After spending three months charging our batteries we return to Tampere to provide another masterfully musical journey of house and progressive. Friday 11th September will mark LCSs 'TEMPTATION' event featuring an all British lineup!
We invite DJ 'RICHARD JAMES', from Northern Irelands capital Belfast. This old skool talent has been DJing for well over 14 years across the United Kingdom and drawing in the crowds with his 3-deck sets! With influences from the likes of Carl Cox, Sasha, Digweed, Mr.C & Funk DVoid, Rics style can merge anything from progressive, deep, funky, house; to electro, techno and a touch of breakbeat. Fasten your seatbelts as Ric plans to make a true imprint on his debut gig in Tampere!
Support comes from LCS resident MARK KINNIER, a DJ who has been destroying dancefloors in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere! Expect plenty of upfront promos with some rolling techy house! British backup comes from London lad 'PROGRESSION' and Belfast born 'ALI KING'.
The summer might be coming to an end, but LCS aims to take you to another level with a temptingly tasteful selection of upfront anthems and an unarguable underground sound. This is a true "Temptation"... and this is where your autumn starts!

Another successful LCS is put behind us. Last Friday 11th September we held our "Temptation" event in Tampere's TABU bar. With an all British lineup, this unique event brought a slightly different sound to the norm with an abundant range of tracks currently doing their rounds in UK clubs. 
'Ric James & Mark Kinnier' filled the dominant DJ slots for the night with 'Ali King & Progression' providing the warmup set. Additional support came from 'OCS' who eased the crowd into the evening with an early mix of chillout and deep progressive house. It seemed to work a treat :)
A huge thank you goes out to all who came and supported us. A truely superb night with A-class tunes. Ric James & Mark Kinnier clearly rocked the show with equally different yet upfront sets. With a few groups of people travelling from Helsinki, Turku and Rauma for this event it was a pleasure to receive such loyal support.
A final shout-out goes to OCS, Steve, Juki & Meri. Thanks for all the promotion, flyering, postering and of course making this event happen!
Now it's time to have a little break and see what tricks we can pull from our sleeves. We'll keep you posted! Until then... Catch u on an LCS dancefloor soon
