Digital Nature
Astera remix, radio support

DJ Vierro
There is a lot of atmosphere in the track especially in the break..nice drums...Astera remix will support!!

Martin Müller
The Astera Remix is more "bangin" than the Original Mix, that's why I prefer this one. In both versions the vocal chops really increase and build the atmosphere. Also, both can be used for opening an uplifting set. Nice release!

T.O.M.
Nice drive, Feel Good Song!!!

Airillusions
The original mix has a really great drive and there are some very good elements in it. I also enjoy the Astera remix - nice melodies.

DJ Orion
Liking the vocal chops of the original a lot. The bassline is a bit too big room for my taste, mut all-in-all this is another very solid release from Finity. Thanks :)

Too Many Questions? Words that do not hold true for this EP. Both tracks are utterly amazing and create a feeling of euphoria and excitement during your 7 minute drive on this musical highway!

Dimitri Kechagias
The original is certainly very strong melodic deep prog trancer with nice use of those vocals that becomes like an instrument rather than singing something. Astera delivers the style of trance sound that i love and my radio audiences too. Simply banging, simply bouncy and very driving and beautiful. Thanks for that quality release so much!

Also supported by: Robbie Nelson (Solaris International Episode163), Ernesto vs Bastian, Brett James, Redstar, Arc…

“ 60 Degrees North, 1000 Degrees Hot! ” - 8/10

Xspective Sense is yet another talented Finnish producer, and for his second Finity release (first since 2007), he’s teamed up with UK producer Astera (we covered his latest Finity release very recently).

This release, which features a groovy bassline, soft piano melodies and a haunting vocal track has been canned by Ronski Speed, Matt Darey, Ruben De Ronde, Suzy Solar and others! Though it saw a release in late June, expect to continue hearing it on the radio waves and in steaming hot clubs well into the fall season!

Read on past the break for my full rundown of the two tracks, some high quality samples and for your chance to vote for your favorite!

Xspective Sense - Too Many Questions
The track starts off with a wicked groove that uses a crisp bassline and some off beat synth work to create something that hooks me instantly. At the 45 second mark I’m reminded of some Ronski Speed’s newer work, that grumbling bass line and synth work are energizing! Add some vocal stabs as a transition from phrase to phrase and you’ve got a track perfectly structure to entertain the masses. The breakdown arrives prior to the 3 minute mark, stripping everything but a piano melody and a lush vocal track (anyone know the vocalist’s name?). The bassline keeps pushing things once the crash arrives, and I can safely say that this is Finnish trance with an attitude. Loving it!

Xspective Sense - Too Many Questions (Astera Remix)
With a slightly less enticing intro, Astera wastes no time getting to the point. This remix is at times reminiscent of a Recoverworld track, maybe something by Activa, or his darker alias, Mekk. The track moves effortlessly (where did the last 4 minutes go?) and before I know it we’re peaking in the breakdown and the crash pushes things into the last leg. Though not as in your face as the original, this version will certainly please the more purist trance fan.

The Verdict
The Finnish seem to be amazingly talented at producing quality trance, and this release is no different. The addition of a vocal track is a nice touch, not something we see often from the Finity camp. As for my favorite, two thumbs up for the Original Mix!
